But not everyone can qualify for these discounted postage rates. NPOs must first obtain a copy of Form 3624, Application to Mail at Nonprofit Standard Mail Prices. This form can be obtained from any postmaster or at the nearest business mail entry unit (BMEU).
Organizations wishing to mail at nonprofit Standard Mail prices first must be authorized by the Postal Service as eligible. Then, they must make sure that the material being mailed complies with strict requirements for nonprofit prices.
