One of the most common requests from advertisers and business owners is the ability to mail "on a schedule". Fortunately, EveryDoorDirectMail.com makes mailing on a schedule super-easy and affordable.
Here's How It Works:
First, you must register a FREE account at EveryDoorDirectMail.com (you can do so here). Once you have an account, proceed to the online mapping tool where you can begin to select your targeted mailing areas. Using U-Select, you can enter any address in the U.S. and simply "point and click" on the areas (postal carrier routes) you wish to target. As you make selections, you will see a running tally containing the number of residential , business (optional), and PO Boxes (optional) you have selected.
After completing your distribution map online, you will be prompted to click "Save and continue". Do so, and name your distribution map with something you can easily remember (ie: May 2013 Promo).
Next, you will be presented with several product options that you can use to mail your targeted area. The most popular products include:
- 4.25" x 11" Postcards
- 6.25" x 9" Postcards
- 8.5" x 11" Postcards

Depending on the total quantity of deliveries selected, the number of possible mail drops will vary. For example, if you are mailing a total of 5,000 offers, you may only see a few mail drops available. If you are mailing a total of 10,000 offers, you may see up to (8) mail drops available. These options are based on the carrier routes you have selected and the total quantity you are mailing.
Once you have selected the number of mail drops, you can choose the mail drop schedule (frequency) that you wish to use.
Mail drop schedules can be completed:
- Weekly
- Biweekly
- Monthly
Once you have selected your mail drop schedule, you are ready to proceed to checkout and submit your order online.
