New Report: Direct Mail Continues to Deliver for Small Businesses

A new study conducted by Taradel LLC proves that direct mail will remain a strong force within small businesses marketing strategies.

This survey was conducted by Taradel via SurveyMonkey® in November 2022 and featured twenty-five questions that were answered by 218 business professionals and advertisers. The purpose of this survey was to generate feedback on small business marketing practices, preferences, and overall efficacy. 

A glimpse at the direct mail stats discovered…

  • 60.27% of respondents plan to use direct mail over the next year.
  • 81.7% of respondents plan to increase or maintain direct mail efforts over the next year.
  • Besides Facebook, respondents said that direct mail is top ROI driver. 

The survey results show that due to its tangible and personable nature, direct mail will continue to remain a top results-driver for SMBs.
