SMBs Embrace Self-Service Marketing Platform, New Research Unveils

A new survey published by Taradel LLC, showing a rise in the adoption of self-service marketing platforms by SMBs.

This survey was conducted by Taradel via SurveyMonkey® in November 2022 and featured twenty-five questions that were answered by 218 business professionals and advertisers. The purpose of this survey was to generate feedback on small business marketing practices, preferences, and overall efficacy.

Below are small businesses responses to the following question: How do you prefer to create and manage marketing campaigns?

graph of small businesses

Due to their ability to streamline the creation, launch, and tracking of their marketing campaigns, many SMBs (66.2%) are opting for a self-service platform.

The adoption of self-service platforms by SMBs has increased by 12% since 2022, as last year, only 54% of SMBs were utilizing the self-service platform.

As the digital landscape continues to evolve, with the integration of diverse tools, platforms, and media buying processes, we can predict this rise to continue with even greater momentum.
