Hello. My name is Dawn Templeton, Broker and Owner of Templeton Real Estate Group in Boise, Idaho. We have been using direct mail campaigns for years now. And we attribute much of our success to our Taradel, EDDM mailing campaigns.

Direct mail goes beyond just creating brand awareness – it actually motivates people to take action. But, we don’t mean just by generating calls or website clicks. Direct mail is worth your attention because it catches the attention of potential customers as shown by the fact that 90% of it gets opened. If you want to get your real estate business out in the community, it is critical that you ensure your marketing efforts (& dollars) are put where people will see it.

You don’t (and shouldn’t) do direct mail or nothing. As the rule of 7 states, it takes ~7 impressions to influence a purchase decision. This is why it is important to market on multiple channels – both online and offline.
