A recent survey, published by Taradel, reveals the marketing channels small businesses are prioritizing the most in 2023.
This survey was conducted by Taradel via SurveyMonkey® in November 2022 and featured twenty-five questions that were answered by 218 business professionals and advertisers. The purpose of this survey was to generate feedback on small business marketing practices, preferences, and overall efficacy.

As shown by the survey results, Facebook Ads, Email, and Direct Mail are the top channels small businesses plan to use in 2023.
This mix of marketing channels, both online and offline, allows small businesses to reach customers everywhere – whether they are scrolling through their phones or getting their daily mail.
