A recent study conducted by Taradel LLC reveals insights and predictions from seasoned real estate professionals regarding the housing market in 2024.

In October of 2023, Taradel conducted a twenty-nine question survey of 40 Real Estate professionals with the purpose of identifying trends, marketing tactics, preferences, and feedback within the U.S. real estate industry.

Here’s a brief overview of what realtors have to say about the 2024 housing market:

• 72% believe that the real estate industry will either improve or remain steady.
• 62% Believe that economic factors will most significantly impact the real estate business in the next 5-10 years.
• The majority predict that the inventory of homes will moderately increase while home prices remain stable or moderately decrease.
